Projects in AeoIX let you organise your tracking by brand, product, or client. Most data in the platform — prompts, analytics, sources, and brands — is scoped to the active project, so setting up projects correctly is an important first step.
Create a new project
Open the sidebar.
Go to Projects.
Click New project.
Enter your project name, website, and description.
Complete the project wizard steps: topics, prompts, brands, and model selection.
Switch between projects
Use the project switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between projects. All pages will update to show data for the selected project.
Project settings
Each project has its own settings, accessible from Project → Settings. From here you can:
Update project details
Enable or disable AI models via Model toggles
Manage brands and tags for the project
Tracking brands
Each project tracks one or more brands. Your own brand is tracked by default. You can add competitor brands from Project → Brands to compare your AI visibility against theirs.
