If a feature isn’t working as expected, the cause is usually one of these common issues.
1. Check your access level
Some parts of the app are available only to certain workspace roles.
For example, Billing and Company settings may be limited to Owners or Admins.
If you see an option greyed out in the sidebar, or a tooltip explaining that access is restricted, this is likely a permissions issue rather than a bug.
2. Check your plan limits
Some features depend on your current plan.
Depending on your subscription, access may be limited for things like:
Integrations
API access
Usage limits
Available models or countries
Features may also be affected if your subscription is:
Past due
Canceled
Incomplete
If a feature seems unavailable, check your current billing or subscription status.
3. Make sure onboarding is complete
If onboarding has not been fully completed, parts of the main app may not work as expected.
In some cases, users may stay in onboarding or see loading states until setup is finished.
4. Check the selected workspace or project
Some features and data depend on the currently selected workspace or project.
If the wrong one is selected, the page may appear empty, incomplete, or incorrect.
Double-check the workspace and project shown in the app header or sidebar.
5. Check billing or payment issues
If your feature depends on an active subscription, a billing issue may be the cause.
Review your Billing page for:
Subscription status
Payment issues
Checkout errors
